Limerence (24”x30”) is an abstract oil painting created with oil paints, and metallic gold and silver pigments paints. The piece featured heavy impasto and large strokes to keep the emphasis on the texture and movement of the piece. The lower foreground shows a glinting wave form that leads into the above. The upper section depicts a cyclical form with bright pure colors to portray light delusion/distortion.
